Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form we store the name, email, company, website, project type, budget range, timeline, message and referral source you provide. We also record your IP address and browser user-agent, which we use only to catch spam and rate-limit abuse.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to scope the project. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not run advertising or behavioural tracking on this site.
Who can see it
One Designs staff, and the service providers that run our infrastructure: Google Firebase and Google Cloud (hosting, database and file storage) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes the data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are commercially relevant and deleted when they are not. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will do it.
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The admin area sets a single session cookie so a signed-in administrator stays signed in — visitors never receive it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Email hello@onedesigns.us and we will respond within 30 days.
